I can still use it to do what I need to do. Now double click stop responding. I did have some trouble getting the battery door off as the button on the bottom was not releasing.

First time sets a very very bad impression. Worked well first few months, now is so bad, we do work-arounds use arrow keys when possible. It is an excellent mouse.
The mini-receiver snaps into the mouse, turning it off. Battery power indicator eliminates surprises. I havent used it too much yet and corrdless just looking for some reviews on it. Restarting Vista clears the problem, but it seems to re-appear a few seconds after rebooting. So I bought a new V mouse.
The battery compartment is very easy to access and downloading the software was a doddle!! As not everyone wants to spend a lot of money on one of the more expensive notebook mice like the Logitech VX Revolution or the new VX Nano, I’ll take a look at one of Logitech’s cheaper offerings: The V is a small mouse with a dpi optical sensor.
